Not only does Emma work tedious hours transforming herself into characters of all shapes and sizes; she also spends much of her time advocating equality among men and women and promoting efforts to improve human welfare. Emma Watson is an inspiration through her occupation, worldly influence, personal achievements, and personality. Emma Watson began acting at a very young age. While attending elementary school, Emma invested her spare time in theatre. At the age of ten, Emma auditioned for the role of Hermione Granger in J.K. Rowling’s famous book series: Harry Potter. After undergoing eight callback auditions, Emma was cast. Emma spent the majority of her childhood on the set of Harry Potter, adapting lifelong friends. Even through the different roles Emma has played over the course of her acting career, she exhibits the importance of self-worth and self-acceptance. Emma inspires young girls to be comfortable and confident in their physical appearance. Before someone can allow another human to love them, one must first love themself. Emma provides courage to females and males to be true to who they are and to never allow someone else to dull their
