The nature of ethics in organizations guide moral principles, values, and beliefs. Organizational cultures should be guided by ethics. Groups, work based, employee based and even product titles (marketing departments) can use ethics to make decisive decisions. Groups that are well informed make better decisions. Diversity is a central issue for ethics in the western business world. Because organizations that reward great decision making enable ethics.

A moral dilemma exist, if individuals start to profit from being unethical, “encouraging other people to act in the same way.” Many argue that majority rule backed by utilitarian rule allows for some tough decisions that others may see as unethical to be allowed. Which has created a moral dilemma regarding the definition of greater good. Human rights is an issue that I held in high regard. Yet, there seems to be a moral dilemma to the effectiveness of enforcing human rights law’s, especially in the United States. Practical law of a National majority (utilitarian) has developed in the modern business culture. Which moral rights rule and justice rule has become a battle ground of court litigation and lawsuits. Enabling a code of ethics in the Untied States, is based on majority societal ethics and goes hand in hand with businesses. Which creates a conflict of interest within organizations who adapt a code of ethics regarding diversity in this environment. Diversity is a battle ground in the west and is in conflict with individual and business ethics whom do not consider diversity a high priority. What is the benefit? Who benefits? and how does enculturation and entitlement from the western cultural majority, labeled as white enforce such a strategy. Which is a major strategy for product conflict resolution. Solving s workers, consumers or products groups need provides satisfaction. Platform modulation and customization also provides diverse variables to conduct business globally in context. Translations are another empowering tool that do this. The removal of barriers for your client, customer or employee is key to engagements. When quality and care are the hallmark of your brand and product, bargaining is not needed. Customers, clients and employees receive their benefit from engaging with your product or brand. Academically, Social responsibility promotes environmental stewardship, engaging in cause marketing, and promoting cultural diversity.
