He is a very different character from the other characters in the book. He has his own way of thinking from the other characters he can knows how to handle things that are thrown at him. Mostly the constant pressure. His actions are thought out he just simply knows what he is doing. Ender has a very unique personality no character in this book has personality that relates to his.
Ender doesn’t like hurting people much at the beginning but towards the end he becomes a soldier and a killer. Ender leaned his head against the wall of the corridor and cried until the bus came. I am just like Peter. Take my monitor away, and I am just like Peter. This quote shows that Ender doesn’t want to turn out violent like his older brother, but the government forced him to.
The Manipulation of Ender The book, Ender’s Game, is a book full of interesting events. A six year old boy named Ender Wiggin goes to Battle School, where he is continually tested and trained to become an elite commander. He succeeds at Battle School and eventually goes to Command School, where he leads his army to victory over the bugger troops. Because of this, the world is safe from being destroyed by the buggers. Even though Ender and his fleet are successful in defeating the buggers, Ender’s intelligence and skill is taken advantage of throughout the book.
Because even “If you knew, then you couldn’t do it” (Card298). Ender was so mad when he found out what happened that all he could do was ignore it and go to sleep. So by manipulating people you get what you want but there is also a default to

One of these major themes is Ender’s siblings. Peter, his brother, has a violent and reckless personality who aspires to take over the world, while trying to kill Ender on his way. His sister, Valentine, however, loves Ender and encourages Ender when he feels lonely. Another necessary part that has to be included in Ender’s Game is the part when Ender discovers that the simulator is the actual commander podium. This part is an important part of the story because this is when the bugger specie and home world is destroyed.
This paper is about ender’s game and how the book has good v.s. Evil inside of it. Ender and peter were enemies in the book they were enemies because peter was jealous of his smartness and attention. Because of this Peter pounds Ender every day until he starts to cry. I think that there is some good v.s. Evil between the two of them meaning that Ender is good and Peter is evil.
This lessens the scope of how much the International Fleet has been lying to Ender, leading to the reveal being less dramatic. The movie also completely erases the Locke and Demosthenes subplot, removes the epilogue of Ender moving to a colony with Valentine, and then replaces it with Ender finding the queen bugger’s egg on the same planet as the Command School and leaving to find a safe home for it. This also gets rid of the parallel between Ender and Peter at the end of the book, where it’s pointed out that in spite of Peter being portrayed as exceedingly cruel, he prevents the war on Earth which saves millions of lives. Ender kills billions of buggers in the Third Invasion, almost wiping out their race completely, despite being described as gentle and not wanting to hurt anyone. The movie’s tendency to cut anything not deemed an important event also makes it seem that Ender is unaffected by most of the events that occur.
On Earth there was a bully named, Stilson. Ender found himself getting physically abused by him daily and when he finally got his opportunity, he made sure he was never bullied again. In battle school, there was a commander named, Bonzo that threatened to kill him; then, in the same scenario Ender decided to make sure that he would win the war and erase all future battles. In argument with Major Anderson, Graff states, “Ender’s not a killer. He just wins--thoroughly” (226).
Valentine is younger than Peter but older than Ender. She is caring and tries her hardest to protect Ender from her older brother. 3. Ender knows that he is looked down upon in his society because he is a third and is more intelligent than other children, but he also knows that he an important piece for the government because he lives as a third. Ender’s internal conflicts were deciding whether or not to go to Battle School with Graff and his external conflicts were fighting Stilton in addition to being afraid of Peter.

Ender’s Game begins with a utopic society, where the government pits Earth against the nasty and evil buggers. Throughout Ender 's Game, written by Orson Scott Card, the reader follows the main protagonist, Ender, from his journey as a young boy on Earth to the hopes of being the next great commander in the fight against the buggers.
Though Valentine’s actual motive for attempting to make contact with his ticklish knee was to console him, Ender considered it an act of peril, judging Valentine’s intention as harm to him. As an unintended consequence, Valentine’s perception of Ender has significantly modified for the worse. “A very small, fragile boy who needed her protection. Not this cold-eyed, dark-skinned manling who kills wasps with his fingers.” Ender’s colossal character change essentially reveals what Card inevitably understood he would become: a clone of Peter’s daunting characteristics.
His compassion is proven many times, and one of them is the fact that he hates that he feels just like Peter. If Ender had no compassion, why would he have regretted acting like Peter? Ender is also very sympathetic to Bean (even though Ender tries not to show it) and Ender would see himself in Bean, how small and young Bean is but still so determined. Ender initially realizes that he is isolating Bean because Ender himself was once isolated and he wants to force Bean to flourish like Ender did. Ender also has so much empathy that he would think like the buggers, and could understand and anticipate them.
However, the majority of the battles he fights are constructed and orchestrated and controlled by the Adults. Ender lives in a military archetype which assumes humans are compliant, flexible, controllable pawns, tool to be used for the benefit of others. Ender’s insecurities,doubts and fears, as to why he is so isolated, how he is becoming more like petter, how he is an ostracized genius, all that sets him apart– make him diligent, sympathetic, preservant, resilient, flexible, and above all pliable, impressionable, malleable, qualities far more common in children. In the beginning, before Ender left Earth, Ender used to get bullied in school by another kid named Stilson. It came to a point when Ender had to defend for himself. Stilson and his friends bullied Ender, so in order for them to leave Ender alone, he shows his aggression by constantly kicking Stilson while he was down. Ender did that to prevent Stilson or his friends from hurting him again. After leaving the room, he feels terrible because of the fact that he’s passionate and he didn’t want to hurt Stilson.
