Nowadays, coffee is one of the most popular non-alcoholic consumed drinks worldwide. Only several Americans know the truth about the influence of this beverage on human health: coffee can be a healing drink reducing the risk of serious diseases because of antioxidants or harmful damage leading to irreversible consequences because of the alkaloids.

The beverage can have a truly amazing influence on human health: brain, skin, body. The drink has plenty of antioxidants, extremely helpful nutrients, which were found in coffee beans. These molecules help to prevent the aging process naturally, keep the skin without wrinkles and decrease the cancer risk. According to Lisa Drayer, “In a new observational study involving close to 20,000 individuals, people who consumed at least four cups of coffee daily had a 64% lower risk of early death compared to those never or rarely consumed coffee” (Drayer). The latest findings have shown significant results. The massive observational study found coffee drinkers appear to live longer, compared with people not drinking this beverage (Drayer). Sportsmen also encourage the consumption of the beverage. A cup of coffee before exercises improves athletic performance, helping to burn fat for fuel. Furthermore, people consuming around three cups a day have the largest reduction in relative risk of early death than non-coffee drinkers (“Coffee”). Compounds of coffee can have healing and positive effects on the human organism, reduce the risk of diverse diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, hepatitis, colon and skin cancers (Drayer). The right combination of components leads to better insulin sensitivity, helps the liver to function correctly and can decrease some chronic inflammation (Drayer). Moreover, the recent research approved hypothesis: coffee increases life expectancy. The article “Coffee Has Health Benefits” in The Eastern Eye says, “ The research, which collated evidence from more than 200 previous studies, also found coffee consumption was linked to lower risks of diabetes, liver disease, dementia and some cancers” (“Coffee”). Scientists advise to drink three or four cups a day in order to obtain the best
