Introduction

By the year 2025, the Philippines is believed to be brought to a water crisis if no new sources of water are developed or found to meet the growing demand of the citizens. (Sapnu, R., Balabo, D., & Cervantes, D., 2007) "There is a Japan International Cooperation Agency study that says that if we will not conserve water, there may be some problems. But of course we can always start conserving now and look for other sources," Lopez (2013) said. Studies have shown how water conservation and appropriate water utilization are significant as early as today.

It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to remove the contaminants to produce usable and environmentally safe water. (Wikipedia, n.d.) Also, it is used to be economical and practical in order to pursue the Philippines’ campaign to water conservation. One of the largest consumers of water are malls. It houses a wide scale of stalls, food chains, clothing store, etc. An evident mall that is considered to consume a large amount of water is the Starmall Alabang, known as the only mall in the Philippines to have three swimming pools inside the mall premises. (Starmalls, n.d.) The Starmall Alabang has considered and had taken into account the Waste Water System Treatment. It is said to have catered the mall and had shared a handful of benefits. To assure the existing operation system of the treatment, the study aims to determine the potential risk and the possible alternatives of the working waste water system of the Starmall Alabang.

Statement of the Problem
Due to the approaching occurrence, the Starmall Alabang has taken its toll in becoming one of the many companies of utilizing the waste water system treatment. However, the denoting impotence of the existing waste water system treatment is a contributing worry to the operation.
