Being an FBI agent is a very tough and strenuous job. Becoming an FBI agent is a whole other accomplishment in itself. To become an FBI agent you would need to have a superb background with the law enforcement. If you have no background in law enforcement this will not be the career for you. An FBI agent works mainly with criminal investigation, long desk hours just doing research (study.com source). Also having good communication skills would be a good trait to have. You will have to be able to calm people down in high stress situations or just be able to talk to someone from another country. An FBI agent needs to have an absolute understanding of their job duty, they are required to have a certain level of education, and they will need to acquire some useful skills to help them out.

A day on the job as an FBI agent could be very stressful. They have a constant mount of work that needs to be done on the daily.
