Is there any of your friends, who loves smiling and keep saying ‘hello’ to everyone in a very cheerful way? There are people with such character and we can notice that they are the kind of people who have lots of friends. They deliver cheerful ambiance to their surroundings, so everyone always expects their presence. They make up their mind to be happy all the time, and they deliver positive energy to others. Believe it or not, some people with such character, whom I have known so well, are successful on their lives.

Never underestimate this, because this is the only way for you to get rid of your stressful mind. Work smart, play hard, why not? This is the high technology era that allows you to do everything easier. It is true that you need to make a living, but if you lose your productivity because you get sick, due to your constant stressful feeling, then all your hard work means nothing. Make yourself happy some time. Once you enjoy your ‘me time’, you can refresh your mind and work in a more productive way! Try it.

• Human makes mistakes

I think this point relates a lot with the first point. Most perfectionists hate to make mistakes. When they do, they feel so guilty that they will feel downhearted for weeks, or even months, or maybe years! This is especially when it relates to their career.

I once made a very terrible mistake on my career. Well, I successfully ruined it. I hated to admit it, and I still feel very guilty when I recalled that day. This is why, I can say that we should really make peace to ourselves. Feeling guilty for a very long time can kill us slowly, because we could never move on and start a new life, which is free from our guilty
