Influential people are ubiquitous; however, there are variants of influences and some can be good or deplorable. People make the choice to be a negative or a positive influence. Today, negative pressure seems to inundate good influences. The adrenaline people get from doing deplorable things may become addictive and commence pressuring other people to do things. The Tragedy of Macbeth is a prime example of negative influences and how it affects people. Throughout the play and the crimes committed, Lady Macbeth proves herself to be less culpable because her role was not as vigorous as Macbeth’s. The first crime committed was the murder of King Duncan. The three witches claimed the prophecy was for Macbeth to be the thane of Glamis, thane of Cawdor, and the king. Lady Macbeth received a letter verbalizing these prophecies and that caused her to commence plotting. The news that she received shows that she is someone who contemplates crime. Lady Macbeth and Macbeth received word that Duncan, the king, was coming to stay and dine. They orchestrated to get the servants drunk and kill Duncan when he was asleep. Macbeth prospered in killing the King, and that next day Macbeth is said to be King. …show more content…

One night, Lady Macbeth was somnambulating, the doctor and the Lady-in-waiting visually examined Lady Macbeth and the medico aurally perceived Lady Macbeth verbalize, “Out, damned spot! Out, I verbalize! One: two: why, the ‘tis time to do’t. Hell is murky! Fie, my lord, fie! A soldier, and afeard? What need we fear who knows it, our power to accompt?
