Local control is a policy which preferred favored in lone star state. From some past host of bad public policies it is waste and abuse. Texas control by Senators, local government takes decision on public issues, but recent studies shows that state government is interfering in local government issues. In each state local government plays an important role because this government solves many local issues of people. Local government can able to do different projects at same time and able to solve more problems as much as they can. There are forming a many bans like tree cutting, plastic bags, red light cameras and zoning which are the biggest issues nowadays. There are some laws about few things which are more important than private property rights. Like in some cities there are rules that you cannot own some things which you buy or you already have that from long time. The things included in these laws are trees and old historical things. 1 These cities claim that the trees on private property belong to the community not to private owner.
If the people of Texas allow local control over state control than Texas has freedom and if we reduce the power of local controls than local government avoid reaching at public issues. For the liberty and equality of all people we have to come up with the better solution that helps to solves public issues too. Fracking process was removed in recent passed bill because it is the reason of earthquake and harmful for nature. Liberty, not local control is overriding the principle that should be directed inform to our policy makers, because without the liberty local control mercy becomes worth
