In his quote, Stephen King was inferring that literature in general should make a reader get involved with what they are reading, so much that it will even affect how they are feeling from their comfort levels to how they react. I do agree with Stephen King’s statement, literature should make you feel something, it should be something that pulls you in and makes you want to know more.
