A nation that possesses third world characteristics is desperate for an ideology that can benefit both the society and the people. It must strive towards a structure that will remedy the backwards ways of a developing country. I have designed a system of beliefs and ideals that promotes progression of the individual and society together. It is the Frankenstein of liberalism, socialism, and feminism. The ultimate goal of this ideology is to reach a non-violent, cooperative society where the individuals are free to pursue what they wish in order to reach their full potential. It is believed that corporations exist not because of the elite’s greed for money, but because people have the freedom to pursue their passions. If an individual has extreme drive to progress oneself by owning a corporation, that is respected. Class is not based on race, religion, gender or nationality, but rather a loose hierarchy that forms organically from how naturally skilled or driven people are. Everyone starts with the same basic framework that provides the opportunity to reach full potential, yet some people experience more success because of personal variables. Any wealth distribution is just if the starting line is equal. The class system is not competitive, however, as the people see the higher class (the more successful people) as contributing members of the community, who are striving towards reaching their full potential, and are proud of them. People wish for peace, and therefore hope others improve as well. They seeing it as everyone progressing together, and not a competition. They want to better themselves not for money, but to create a better self which will in turn create a higher level society, if everyone does the same. The society values a diversity of opinions so they can identify possible flaws or things that could be improved in order to continue progressing. A mixed ethnic group “brings about variety in abilities, experiences, and cultures that may be productive and may lead to innovation and creativity” (O’Neil & Rogowski, 2013). It is proven that diversity and the income level of the community studied have a positive correlation. This suggests the theory that the individual skills from different ethnic groups complement each other and promote greater productivity. A possible explanation for the positive interaction between diversity and income is that wealthier countries are more able to cope with any negative effects that come with a varied group, than a developing country would be able to (O’Neil & Rogowski, 2013). There is always room for change and progression. It is the social norm to practice tolerance and be open-minded, for there may always be a way to improve ourselves and our society that we do not know about yet.
