Hi Dr. Nyguyn, This is Elizabeth Picciola. I hope things are going well. I am currently in the process of reapplying to medical school and would like to ask you if you would write me a letter of recommendation again?
The Due to the many medical dysfunctions that happened while Dr. Moe Mathis was in charge, this physician faces a major accusation of medical malpractice. However, when the physician saw the possible mistake he did in identifying Mr. Swensen’s medical condition, he decided to do justice by himself and falsify the medical reports for prostate cancer by doing a second cross-check of the prostate. But, what he did was use the prostate of another patient who indeed had prostate cancer at a similar stage as the initial diagnoses of Howard Swenson. This constitutes Fraud, and conspiracy to commit fraud, which is a major offence and moreover committed by a trusted, and respected medical professional. Additionally, by removing the prostate of a dead patient to use it to change Mr. Swenson’s medical reports, Moe violated a human corpse, and this constitutes desecration of a human body.
Now, of course I had APUSH at the end of the day. So it left me plenty of time to think about and become exhausted over the dread that was building up inside of me for just receiving back a test. I couldn’t focus in any of my classes, and didn’t think about anything other than “I can’t believe I failed.” The instant I walked into the classroom my knees almost buckled to the point where I collapsed. All I could do is sit in the corner with my hands on my head as Ms. Bradley said “Some of you did amazing on this essay!
Commodification is known as the transformation of goods and services or things that may not normally be regarded as goods or services into a commodity. What makes anything a commodity is the possibility of trading it for profit. But what happens when this transfers into Health care? Taking such a highly valued occupation that is almost so sacred and turning it into a business and industrializing it will only bring negative results. It affects not only the physicians job but as well as the patient care and adds more of a strain on patient to physician relationships, even as well as physician to physician relationships.
I am writing this letter because I understand that I have failed MATH 1B leaving me with 85 quarter units. First of all I would like to thank you and the school for even giving me the opportunity to explain my situation and hopefully give me a second chance at admissions. During winter quarter 2017 I took Math 1B with professor Farshod Mosh at De Anza College and the first couple of weeks it was like a typical class although he was very strict. Later on during the course I have come to learn that this teacher is extremely racist towards chinese people and racist towards males, which I happen to be both. I took his comments about chinese people to heart and made me scared to seek him for help during office hours and it just affected me emotionally.

Good Evening Prof. Ellis, I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving Break! I know I enjoyed a nice home cooked meal, however, the reason I am emailing you is to make sure I don 't have my "final grade docked" because I didn 't send in excuses for my absences. I am positive I have missed over three absences, so attached are doctor 's notes for two of the days I missed. I know there is a chance my grade would not have been affected, but I did not want to risk it. Thanks.
In “Should Doctors Tell the Truth,” Joseph Collins presents an argument for why in some cases a physician lying to a patient is a justifiable action, as lying in some cases serves to benefit the patient’s health. Though a physician may certainly be justified in lying to a patient in some cases, Collins’ presentations of justifiable examples of lying do not demonstrate a dedication to achieve or to understand the patient’s best interest. Rather, Collins advocates for a model of the doctor-patient relationship that does not extend consideration to the patient’s autonomy nor to the patient’s expectation of privacy in order to form a paternalistic strategy of treating patients. Moreover, Collins’ position is not normative as it operates on knowledge that cannot be attained preemptively and relies on moral luck for its justification. Collins supports his argument for the moral permissibility of lying to patients by describing an interaction with his friend on a golf course.
Mr. Higgins, First I want to thank you and the rest of the staff for organizing the intervention this morning. I was reflecting back on my time at Brophy after the meeting and recognize that I have received many opportunities that most student can not receive in public high school. If I had a chance to redo my four years of high school I would definitely still pick Brophy. Even though my high school career at Brophy could have been better, none of the moments I have had (good or bad) has been a waste. Brophy has dramatically changed my life farther than any school could have and changed the way I think and carry myself between freshman year and now.
Dear Ms. Lee, My apologies regarding missing the phone interview this afternoon, I wrote down the wrong day. Mea culpa! I tried to go into Duke 's applicant tracking system to withdraw my application, but the system does not provide that option. Again, my apologies for the mix-up.

I am writing this letter to express my most sincere apology on my poor academic performance. I want to explain the reasons that have contributed to the decline of my GPA. I have been struggling with a mental health condition that has prevented my ability to perform at my best. I ask you to please understand my situation and hereby forgive me for my poor grades. I completed high school in Honduras, where I was reared.
On that day, I not only get late for my first lecture but I also had a fight with my mother. She was telling me to clean my room before I leave which was not less than a lecture for me in the early morning. I get frustrated and not only said her some rude words but was quite loud to her. I left the house in anger therefore I didn’t attend the first lecture. Meanwhile to spend some time I went to cafeteria.
