Critical analysis argument

Introduction
In this critical analysis there will be an argument based comparison between the two provided journals on the Academic research, and how affective are those journals to demonstrate the key issues and to deliver a clear comprehensive conclusion of each writer.

How is the argument presented and on which basis?
Both writers presented their Journal on critical analysis basis, in which both of them did provide studies and proofs based on references, weather they are journals, reports and academic studies.

Being an MBA student it is crucial to be aligned with the latest educational criteria’s.
Since the knowledge that I have gained in the past 8 years was based on a practical and non-academic experience (work experience ), and to be able to co-op with the demanding market, an education with a fair mix between practice and academic is the key to be a successful candidate. MBA as a program is mix between what is given as an academic materials to provide the base layer that could be constructed well and strengthen the practical knowledge and research.

What are the strengths and weaknesses of each article? Which would you consider to be the better article and what is the basis for you reaching this conclusion?
The best way to evaluate the Strength and weaknesses of the Journals provided is by analyzing the information in each article, evaluating the information, the way that the information is presented, validity of the information and the focus on the main subject.

What is the benefit of what you have learned? What is the cost of what you have learned?
I would say those two articles have taught me more about the difference between the business schools and researches and how to evaluate the research. By providing a "fluffier" and manipulate data presented in a those point of views. Those articles have a lot a rich collection of articles and references that did provide a great support for the author’s arguments on both subjects to deliver a clear and convincing Journal to the reader.
Which also did taught me how to read a business journal and how to have the critical analysis thinking of a problem and how to analyses the problem in the mean that was adopted by the authors, and to do an argumental analysis to reach, represented by the report that I am providing .

‘Defining the expression to someone's cost means that the thing learned did not come easily. He had to face some difficulties or losses to learn it’.
Having said that those two journals had taught me in the hard way how to read a business journal, how to understand the critical analysis, how to understand the arguments learned, and whatsoever lessons after having faced difficulties from the lack of e experiences in the Journals subject or lack of interest
