How to live a healthy lifestyle? Being healthy means more than eating a salad occasionally, or going on a short jog every so often. Being healthy requires a lot effort and time. Once you begin to put in that time or effort it 's going to pay off. To begin living a healthy lifestyle you need to change four things that you’re doing now. That includes eating healthier, getting some exercise, avoiding habits that are unhealthy, and practicing good hygiene. Once you commit to living a healthier lifestyle, your life can change drastically. The first step to a much more healthier lifestyle is changing the way you eat. The food that chooses to eat should contain little to none unhealthy fats. Unhealthy fats are trans fat and saturated fat. The fourth and final step to living a much more healthier lifestyle is to practice good hygiene. Make sure you shower daily, because it will cut down your body acne, body odor, and keep you from hygiene-related diseases like scabies. Brush and floss your teeth 2-3 times a day. It prevents you having bad breath and keep you away from gum disease. Clean your feet everyday to control unpleasant odors and to prevent athlete’s foot. Last but not least, wash your hands daily. Before and after you mess with food, treating a wound, after using the bathroom, and after you cough,sneeze, and blow your nose. If you do decide to maintain a healthy lifestyle, there are many advantages that come with it. Some are being able to manage your weight, reducing your risk of having heart disease, having more energy, having a healthy immune system, and it will give you the confidence to become more sociable. So changing the way you eat, getting more exercise, avoiding unhealthy habits, and practicing good hygiene can change your life
