The United States is a country which every day is as much as changes in their justice systems, as in the constitution in order to defend the rights of citizens and improve as a country. Is America a country completely free of injustice, discrimination and respect for the rights of citizens ?. There are two things related to the improvement and stability of the country. According to Obama's Speech he was trying to make many changes and implement new laws for equality of all people as well as a fair justice system for all citizens regardless of race. In his speech the appeal rhetorical most used was Logos, after pathos and finally ethos. According To President Obama's Speech, he states "Part of this is a legacy of Hundreds of years of slavery and segregation, and structural Inequalities That compounded over generations ... Particularly skewed by race and by wealth, a source of inequality that have ripple effects on Communities and families and on our nation and on Ultimately That is our criminal justice system ". President Obama wanted all people in the United States could have the same rights of life and education regardless of race or social class, because he wanted to provide more opportunities in advance to all or at least the majority. But he was thinking to implement new laws to change a little the justice system and improve the country increasingly eliminating racial discrimination and social inequalities. "A growing body of research shows that people of color, are more likely to be stopped, frisked, Questioned, detained . African Americans are more likely to be arrested. They are more likely to be Sentenced to more time for the same crime." President Obama stated that they were using an unfair justice system because they were being racist, because African Americans were more likely to suffer more and pay higher sentences for their crimes than others. The convention of many states established the amendment VIII of the constitution, because all the states wants a fair justice system in which people can also keep their rights and those they deserve their rights to matter race, color or social classes, because them are Citizens of The United States. Justice is giving everyone willing to work hard the chance at a good job with good wages, no matter what their name is, their skin or color is, where they live ".
