Odysseus was a man who remained faithful and loyal to his wife and family when he was always for 20 years. He was such a brave and intelligent man he never gave up on the people even when it was impossible. Odysseus wasn’t only loyal to his family but also to Penelope and was also a very good ruler of Ithaca. He was known as a resourceful leader because he would never say no to the people who needed help or were in time of need.

I agree with Odysseus being a hero because he was the man who saved the Greeks in the Trojan War and helped them win the terrible war. Many of the Greeks made it back home thanks to the hero Odysseus he didn’t even back out even when his life could have been in danger. He was always known as a resourceful hero because he was always there for people in time of crisis. After the cyclops ate some of his men he decided to plan and blind the cyclops. Odysseus was considered a hero for making such a great plan to escape the cyclops and not let any of his other men get eaten. After he blinded the cyclops they explain by getting on the cyclops’ sheep’s and getting on to the boats. The cyclops knew they were explaining so he ran out and they got on the boat the left.
