Ms. Rebecca Boles stated Ms. Miller was hired in June 2016 and was still in the training phase. She was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan in October 2017 because she was not yet released from training status. Ms. Boles stated Ms. Miller signed the policy, which includes the policy regarding sleeping on duty.
