Latinos and African Americans don't have equal access to education like Caucasians do, opportunities doesn't come easy for Latinos and African Americans, they have to work harder for it than Caucasians do. The access to opportunity and education isn't equal throughout the country. However, it's represented in the comic that to Caucasians, school is a breeze and it's as easy as tying shoe laces, and to people of color, it's near impossible, that's not accurate. The comic is saying only African Americans have dysfunctional families and only African Americans face poverty, but Caucasians can come from broken families and can face poverty, too. This comic falsely represents American and the life of every individual living in that country. For Caucasians high school isn't easy and when poverty, unemployment rates and family problems is added, it equals almost the same problem people of color face. The comic shows that whites face no problems, no struggles, and no challenges. Whites may not face obstacles including race, but life isn't just a simple staircase for anyone. Throughout high school everyone face things that make them want to give up, some of which involve race, but the comic represents that every single Caucasian finds high school easy and face no problems. After observing all races working at school, it's a valid statement to say that high school isn't a simple task, it's something that has to be worked for and if people of all races don't work for it, that's the obstacle they're
