Racial Profiling: Racial Profiling is one of the main problems in society as African Americans. Racial profiling often includes stopping others on the highways, finding “suspicious activities” in neighborhoods or along the side of the highway and also questioning the victims once the police pulled the victim's over. By doing such actions, the police has caught a lot of drug smugglers and undocumented immigrants. Just like the statement in the introduction is a prime example of racial profiling. Sandra was stopped by a police officer because Sandra didn’t use her turning signal while making a turn on the highway. The officer and Sandra got into an altercation about putting out her cigarette in the car, after Sandra wouldn't do what the officer asked, the officer asked her to step out the car.
