Alfred Hitchcock’s film “Rear Window” illustrates the ideas on how jeff’s vo yeuristic behaviour coincide throughout the movie. The obsession of the protaganist in observing his neighbourhood resulted in solving a murder cause and helps to fix his relationships to his fiancé. This motion suggest that Hitchcock take a stance on Jeffries voyeurism as this character gained a lot of positive outcome through this impulsive and unworrying behaviour. The author also used some supporting characters like lisa and stella to reinforce this sophisticate thoughts. Both of these characters was characteristic in the film as a very dominant women and proud of themselves. Stella, at the initial part of the movie shown a strong disagreement on Jeff’s impulsive behaviour “ we’ve become the race of peeping tom, what people ought to do is to get outside their window “ -stella. This quote suggest that voyeurism is a not a good thing. But, Hitchcock’s wants to illustrates that these behaviour is unacceptable but if we look deeper and think outside the box the actions may lead into many positive benefits because were going to become observes and creates a broad understanding about human quality like what Jeff’s action did throughout the movie. As the result at this, stella become more enthusiastic ajd more aggressive at the end of the film and contribute to the overall effort in solving the murder case. Similar ideas, suggest on Lisa’s behaviour, at the beginning of the film, she also shown a strong disagreement on Jeff’s action’s towards spying his neighbourhood but because she loves Jeff’s so much Lisa try to look deeper and understatement about him “were the most frightening ghouls I ever seen” -Lisa. This quote illustrates on how Lisa thinks what is the implications of Jeff’s actions. As she think that their voyeuristic behaviour through that rear window alludes that they’re doing wrong but Hitchcock’s wants to show the other side and part of it. Starting of the scene every observation of Jeff’s authors on Thorwarld’s apartment starting to connect and showed evidence that proves he killed his own wife. He also shows a strong agreement that through this unwary and curiosity of the protagonist in the film resulted in many positive conclusions. and 0the result, Lisa become more enthusiastic and supports Jeff’s in his preluding judgement about Thorwarld’s action in his apartment.
