Executive Summary SWOT Analysis CanGo experienced extraordinary growth from 2008 to 2009. It is one of the most rapid growing companies we have assessed in the market. Some of the strengths that we have accessed are the rapid book sales from $7 million to $15 million dollars from 2008 to 2009. CanGo also had remarkable sales in the online gaming division with an incredible $25 million in revenue sales for 2009. There are several different trends we have deemed to be the most dominant in the upcoming years. We assure that CanGo would benefit immensely from incorporating some of these ecommerce trends into their business. Some of these trends include animation, exceptional photography and video, social shopping, AR and VR, automation, voice search, mobile commerce, block chain and cryptocurrency, efficient checkout, B2B, omni-channel, and enhanced web performance. Animation is predicted to be one of the most dominant trends that ecommerce can learn from game design and incorporate into their designs. Motion attracts players within games and sends them clear messages about what they should be paying attention to and what is important. This same concept can be incorporated into ecommerce as well. It can send messages about what you want the consumer to pay attention to and what is important. These types of animations can be used to create icons that can notify consumers when items are on sale or are almost gone. These types of signals can create a sense of urgency and encourage your consumers to act quickly. The use of quality photography and 360 graphics will enhance and give CanGo’s ecommerce an advantage over its competitors. Amazon’s online shopping does not necessarily use the most profound graphics, but their broad range of products gives them the competitive boost over most online shopping competitors.
