How Newton 's second law applies to seatbelt as if you are not wearing one the faster the car and the force that the car crashes at will send you flying. If you are not traveling that fast you car will not be such a stop. But if you were to be speeding and then crash into something and come to a stop you will not stay in your seat the force of the crash will stop your car but you will not stop because there is nothing holding you back. This is why seatbelt a are so important because the seat belt will keep you strapped in you seat belt and will increase your chances of surviving.
