Object Shape Can Change Perception of its Volume Psychology is "the scientific study of human and animal behavior and mental processes" (Doorey, 2014). Scientists focus on the study of psychology in order to determine how peoples' brains work. There are ways on how people move, think, remember, and feel. These ways are also called observable behaviors. As experts dive into the psychological facts and evidence, the question is, how will the shape of an object change the perception of its volume? Perception is very complex, and it can also deal with the memories, environment, and the understandings that human beings have. The value of perception can either be good or bad.
