Explain Why I Believe In Confirmation

I believe in confirmation. An innumerable amount of things are done without even an inkling to make sure things are working well. And then people wonder why things aren’t running smoothly. My experience of this belief is in software. I see people everyday criticizing an app or website they use without thinking about why things aren’t working. The only reason an actual “bug” can occur is either the manager never gave time and resources to check the work, the programmer was short on time, or the programmer was too lazy. In the rare occasion, there can be a mistake that nobody found until it occurred to a user.
