Why not other service animals?

I disagree with the new law permits the use of dog only a other service animals in public places It says so on Service Animals by Clare Mishica Laws paragraph 1 sentence 6. Why not other service animals? Other animals can do stuff to. Also monkeys a at Helping Hands like dogs get teached. So why not other service animals besides dogs?

I think that service animals should be allowed in public. One of the reasons that I think so is that Other animals can do stuff that dogs can’t. Dogs have people teach them stuff and people can teach other animals to. For example like monkeys at Helping Hands get teached. So why can’t other animals go to public places to?

Animals can do stuff to like a monkey can do stuff. For a example monkeys can turn off lights on and off, play a cd, or even getthere owners a cold drink it says so in Animals helping People paragraph 6 last sentence. Also those are useful for turning off and on lights for you and if you in a wheelchair, and you want a cd in your monkey can do it for you, or if you thirsty your monkey can do it for you. As you can see animals can do stuff that dog can’t . So why can’t other service animals go in public to besides dogs?

When monkeys get trained at Helping hands they go through three stages the first stage is cubical training it basically teaches monkeys to mimic what the human does so they can learn how to do it like monkey see monkey do. The second stage is the b-room it teaches monkey how to do stuff like open refrigerators. The third and final stage is Apartment it get monkeys to get used to wheelchairs, cages, and other injuries like can not use their hands and the last thing they do is pair the monkey up with a good owner, you can learn more on Monkey Collage on youtube. So why can’t other service animals go in
