I believe suicide is primarily the result of external sociological conditions and circumstances, & internal psychological factors. To understand this in further depth, individuals must have examined the four broad categories of suicide: anger, despair, egoistic, and proactive. First, “Anger suicide includes those individuals who choose to end their lives out of self-contempt, or as a way of exacting revenge on another person” (Harmening, 2014, Pg 101).
