A perfect world, that sounds , great right ? what about the illusion of a perfect world? One where the illusion of a perfect society are maintained through corporate, bureaucratic, technological, moral, or totalitarian control. In class we read “Fahrenheit 451” Ray Bradbury, it's about a man named Montag, who lives in this futuristic world , after meeting a girl who changes his way of looking at things. After meeting this girl Montag feels something wrong, he wants answers as to why things are like they are.We also saw “The matrix” a movie about Neo a computer hacker who thinks he is living in a controlled world , he pairs up with two like-minded rebel warriors Morpheus and trinity to fight against the people keeping them and controlling them in this matrix. The 2 main characters Neo and Montag are alike in their way of just needing answers, not being able to just accept things, their curiosity,but they differ how they approach it, or how they get what they want. …show more content…
They have a sense that something isn't right. While montag lives in this place that everyone thinks is perfect and everyone seems so happy,however he is not as happy. Montag wants Knowledge from his books he wants answers as to why they are destroying books, he want to know what is so wrong with books. Therefore Montag is looking for answers. Neo is also looking for something, he wants answers as to what the matrix is. He knows about the Matrix, but yet has no idea of what it actually is. Both Montag and Neo are looking for
