In Genesis the third chapters and fourth verse, Satan introduced heresy into human life through Adam and Eve when he persuades them to sin. The book of John is an apostolic letter. It was written from Ephesus around 85-95 A.D. by the Apostle John. The key personalities are the Apostles Peter and Paul. Their purpose was to warn Christians about the increasing threat of false teachings and to reassure Christians of their faith and love in Jesus Christ. The Apostle John dissected the heresy of false teachings who denied Jesus physical human body. This gnostic view of evil led to two responses asceticism or licentiousness. John clearly writes to give the true tests of a Christian. These tests also contradicted the Gnostic licentious approach to
