Legal research, writing and analysis is the heart of the legal industry. The legal system of America has been our order of justice created by our forefathers. The legal system helps enforce laws to protect our society.

The court systems have been deliberating on a wide range of issues and delivering justice in accordance to the law without fear or favor. There are two judicial systems, the federal courts and state courts. Each of these has jurisdictions on the kind or type of cases they can and should liberate on all under the Nation’s constitution. State courts have cases which violate state laws created by state officers while federal courts deal with violations of laws created by the federal government. They are both essential to this country by delivering justice.

There are two Laws that are a very important part of society, Statutory and Constitutional Laws. Statutory Laws have been made by the legislative branch of a country while Constitutional laws have been made by a legislator. The laws are written on a bill and must be passed by the legislative body of the government. Statutory laws come from municipalities and state legislature.

Constitutional Law is the relationship between different entities within a nation, most commonly the judiciary, the executive and the legislature bodies. The main purpose of the constitutional law is to govern the law making bodies in the nation. It gives them set boundaries of the laws they cannot violate. The constitutional law of a country can be changed if the government falls or changes.

In the Gilbert Law Summary text book, I was introduced to a method called I.R.A.C. In legal writing, issues are the core of your paper or essay. I learned to always look for the "question of law": Could the defendant be charged with x crime? Is there more evidence to look more into?
