There was a school picnic planned that day of the fire. Some of the students were disobeying their teachers. Those children were the ones in the fire. Three teenage boys showed up soon to become heroes.

Through out the history of the United States, a number of incidents and disasters have occurred to influence safety and protection. In the aftermath of these events, valuable lessons are learned and steps are taken to ensure nothing like that happens again.
