On May 23, 1957, three police officers in the city of Cleveland, Ohio knocked on the door of Dolly Mapp and held up a piece of paper that wasn’t the warrant that gave them access inside. The three officers gave Mapp very little information as to why they were there. The real reason they were there was because an anonymous phone tip stated that Virgil Ogletree, a suspect of a recent bombing, was
This left Richetti’s friend as the “public enemy #1”. Floyd’s gun was used in the shootout and with a questionable testimony from a female associates, Floyd had enough to be convicted of the crime. Being known as a good friend of his, Richetti was also assumed to have participated. They fled but eventually got caught. The trail had many eyewitnesses that identified him even though they all previously either identified other people or weren’t able to.
I located the KPD Rape Case 15-27355 which identified a subject named Ricardo Oropeza-Quiroz (DOB 12-30-1993) as being contacted with Hicks. It was also determined that Oropeza-Quiroz was an involved party in KPD Hit and Run Case 15-22411. In the Rape case, Hicks and Oropeza-Quiroz were people of interest. In Kansas State Penitentiary, a man named Floyd Wells is laying on his bed listening to the radio. He hears the story of the Clutter murders, and how the crime was committed. Wells was shocked by this information, as it was identical to a crime Dick Hickock had told him. Floyd was Dick’s first cellmate in prison, and was even a former employee of River Valley Farm. It was Floyd who had informed Dick of the Clutter’s, how to house was laid out, who would be there, but Floyd was unaware of Dick’s intentions.
Then over two decades he killed six more. Following the of Delores Davis in 1941, Radar disappeared and the case went cold and reports of him being dead or in prison made him want attention so he sent letters to the Eagle taking responsibility for an unsolved 1986 murder. On 10/25/15 I arrived at 6011 Jacksonville-Conway Road in reference to a possible shooting call. Upon arrival I made contact with Margaret Davis, who advised that on this date her ex-husband, Jerry Davis, shot himself at his residence. I observed Mr. Davis in a medical bed in the living room of his residence with a small caliber handgun in his right hand and laying on his chest. I also observed a spent .22 Long Rifle cartridge laying on Mr. Davis' shirt next to his right hand. Mr. Davis did not have any immediately observable wounds

What is democracy? For a long time, historians have kept this question in mind while studying laws and methods of the Ancient Athenians. After investigating the given evidence, it can be determined Ancient Athens did not always vote on important matters and only a small majority of the population could vote. Because of this, Athens cannot be considered democratic. “The rule of the people” is the definition of Democracy.
Pamela Foddrill: Examining the Investigation Introduction The tragic abduction and death of Pamela Foddrill beginning on August 18th, 1995, relied on investigators from the Indiana State Police, FBI, multiple Greene County police agencies, and Greene County Prosecutors to arrest and convict the five individuals who committed this heinous act. On Friday evening, the body of teenager Robert "Bob" Sheldon was found at a park in eastern Tulsa, laying next to a fountain with a knife wound in his abdomen. Further evidence suggests that the Sheldon had been intoxicated. No arrests have been made yet, but police suspect that it was a gang-related crime. Investigators believe that more than one person of each party had been involved as well. One of Sheldon’s companions, who was questioned, Randy Adderson, did not prove to be much help for the investigators.
This was going to be a hard case, I thought to myself. To continue with, I called in all of the residents living there the night of the murder to interrogate them. The man who was murdered was Jim Mustard. During the interrogation with Ms. White, things were getting a little suspicious so to speak. The murder happened 5 days ago, which was precisely August 1, 2004 at 10:34 P.M.
