I. Background A. During middle school, Ramirez started using drugs and was a drop out by the ninth grade. B. It was around this time that he also started to believe and worship in Satan. He moved to Southern California and was arrested on several drug possession charges. It was this time he would begin committing thefts around the area and breaking into a lot of homes. D. The first victim was Jennie Vincow, who was79 years old. She was murdered in 1984 in the city of Los Angeles. Ramirz had robbers and brutally sexually assaulted her. B. Another victim of his brutality was Malvia Keller. He murdered her in the year 1985. After killer her, he drew pentagons all over her body and also drew them on the walls of her house. Someone seen an orange truck leaving a neighborhood. They wrote down the license plate number and immediately called it into the police. They said the vehicle looked suspicious.
