President Franklin D. Roosevelt, president elected during 1933. Was one of the few presidents in American elected to four consecutive terms. He was president during the Great Depression and World War II. On one of his speech about banking crisis and banking polices, people found comfort and confidence in his speeches. He states that people’s money were being used in many different forms of credit bonds, commercial paper, and many other kinds of loans. The banks were using the people’s money to work to keep the wheels of industry and of agriculture turning around. His speech took place in a moment when the American economy had decline drastically. He states in his informal speech that there has been the series of regulations permitting the banks
