Friedrich Nietzsche aimed to create an anti-Christ universe. His philosophy based on existentialism challenges man to dare to be different, to think for themselves and to be open minded enough to question even one’s own opinions. His concept of “will to power” acknowledges that power and dominance is essential to our existence and we must embrace it. Overall he advocated for total freedom of man and encouraged humanity to reevaluate their values. Those who adopted new moral values for themselves are the ubermench or the “superman, while those who follow conventional rules are the last man. The ubermench is what humanity should strive to be.
