The chaser is randomly determined by a coin toss or sometimes the players might decide that the fastest runner should be the chaser at first. The game starts like a normal game of habulan (chasing game) where the chaser runs after the other players. However, when he catches a player, that player has to freeze in place. A frozen player needs to stay immobile while the game continues around him. If he moves, he becomes the new chaser and all previously frozen players are free to move and run again.
There are many bills that have been placed in order to help people. In particularly, there has been a bill passed that states that there would be counseling to help those who need help going into college. This bill will ensure that the students are college ready by having check requirements on how well they pass statewide New Jersey standardized testing. I do not agree with the passing of this bill because even though these tests may help determine if a student is college ready, it does not measure their abilities to problem solve. This bill states that you must get a minimum of twenty four on the verbal ACT, a minimum of a five hundred and forty on the critical reading section of the SAT, and an advanced proficient score on the High School Proficiency Assessment, also known as the HSPA.

This education epidemic is a serious problem that can only be remedied by change. The purpose of education is to prepare students for the real world in which they have access to the plethora of facts gathered by centuries of human research. Are video-games a sport? In recent years a pressing topic that has surfaced, especially among parents to children involved in such activities. I have loved competition ever since a young age. I have several friends that I love to compete with. We compete every day, whether it is sports or if it in school games. We have been competing for as long as I can remember. Although my friends and I believe that competition is a great thing at school, some parents and schools are trying to argue that we should remove competition from school.

Violet video games have been blamed for several young people killing students at school. Young people are not able to think like adults so they are easy to follow the wrong way of doing things like they see in video games. Other countries do not have the same problems because their laws are strict or their customs for punishing wrong doing is much harder. Some of the violent video games young people like to play are : Grand theft auto, Call to duty, and Assassin. These games show a lot of blood and people getting killed.
