Wade Watts, Is a teen that lives in the year on 2050 where there is a console called an Oasis. When the creator died he started a hunt for all the money he got from sales of the Oasis. When it started everyone in the world wanted that money Including Wade. The people that will get the prize will show to never give up, To always try one 's hardest, And to look deeper into clues. Wade is the main character of the book Ready Player One and he will show all of these traits when looking for the prize in the book.Teens should be allowed to read Ready Player One because it teaches teens to never give up, always try one’s hardest, And look deeper into clues. Firstly, Teens should read Ready Player One because it teaches teens to never give up. When the hunt began Wade never stopped looking for the prize. “For the last five years, the hunt had given me a goal and purpose. A quest to fulfill. A reason to get up in the morning. Something to look forward to” (Cline 19). This quote shows that wade had never given up on the hunt. He had been going for five years straight. Wade continually tried really hard throughout the book especially when he has to act out a whole movie. “Making it all the way to the end of the movie would be a lot harder than I anticipated… I also had to perform all the actions that Broderick 's character performed in the film the correct way at the correct moment” (Clide 111). Wade had to try really hard to make it through the movie without messing up any lines or actions in that film. He had to do this to unlock a clue and a key towards the prize of the hunt.
