“Wild Goose Island” tells a story about two people from different ethnic groups fall in love. Their tribe leaders did not like the idea that they were seeing each other. So, they forbid them seeing each other. But, this did not stop them from seeing each other. They both knew there had to be a way around this so they turned themselves into geese. This folktale exemplifies overcoming insecurities because they both loved each other even because their backgrounds were different. Just because someone is from a certain tribe doesn't mean you can't love someone from another.
