“Millennium Park is a public park located in the Loop community area of Chicago in Illinois, US, and originally intended to celebrate the second millennium. It is a prominent civic center near the city's Lake Michigan shoreline that covers a 24.5-acre section of northwestern Grant Park. As of 2009, Millennium Park trailed only Navy Pier as a Chicago tourist attraction.”
The walking tour was so fun for me, and most interested things were the Crown Fountain and the cloud gate or the beans. Those public arts gave me a really deep memory. After the class, I went to the Millennium Park and started my walking tour there. That’s my first time went to the Millennium Park. Before this, I hear this park a lot from other people, and the most thing they were talking about is the metal beans. The park already became a famous place to go, and it’s like “sun” share the “light” to all the surrounding city. People from the other city also want to go there to appreciate the arts and enjoy it. While Millennium Park in Chicago is a bustling tourist attraction in downtown Chicago, including the third-highest in the world of the Sears Tower and other skyscrapers and world famous CBOT located here. The other side is the beautiful scenery of Lake Michigan, different colors of sailing the blue, calm lake dotted with picturesque.
