The story of Ghouls of Mental Asylum follows Hector David Morgan, an Ex Green beret who now works in a mental asylum located on isolated island as Head of Security. All of a sudden some vaccination went wrong causing on the outbreak of Ghouls. Hector must find the way out of Island 7 stop these ferocious beasts to stop escaping the island. Game play The player will be able to controls the protagonist Hector D. Morgan from a third-person perspective. The gameplay focuses on Beat ‘Em up and shootouts involving crowds of enemies in different areas (hospital & island). The camera is placed behind the character and zooms in to first person perspective when aiming a weapon. No conventional crosshair is used for firearm; instead, every firearm has a laser sight. Ghouls can dodge, wield melee and projectile weapons, and are capable of working collectively and communicating with each other. They were the doctors & other staff members until becoming the product of an infestation of that viral outbreak. The inventory system of the game features a quick draw system, represented by a circular semitransparent area that has limited amount of item take up.
