Marie Noe is an American serial killer. She was convicted in June 1999 of murdering eight of ten of her children. She was born in 1928 in Philadelphia, PA. She is still living to this day, and will get off of prohibition next year, but will serve five years of house arrest.

A 7-year old girl went missing from her bedroom in San Diego, California, on Feb1-2, 2002. Her badly decomposed body was found in a remote area far away from her home on February 27. Police suspected a neighbour, David Alan Westerfield for the murder.
One after another victim-to-victim fell to the unjust and unlawful acts of the justice system of the time without any help from the surrounding society. Justine was the first to fall because of how no one stood up for her in the society that lived all around her therefore she took the fall for everything. Second to feel the heat was Mr. De Lacy who consequently dragged the whole family down the government did not want Mr. De Lacy poking around anymore so they framed him. No one tried to appeal the trial or even tried to find evidence to help his case. Finally Victor, the one who sat there and did not speak up for Justine, felt the cold shoulder from society too when he was accused of murder.
The serial killer I researched was Bertha Gifford. She is most famous for her way of killing people. She didn’t use a common way, she would use rat poisoning (arsenic). She killed more then seventeen people, mostly children. Gifford was born in October 1872 in Grubville, Missouri.

Since this age he showed unusual behaviours and avoiding society, but then was determined that he has a psychological disorder. He moved to Los Angeles and was living a normal life however he started showing his real face in 1968 where he raped a young, male employee.

When Ronald Dominique went jail on these accounts, he was tied up and brutally raped. Researcher believed that the way Ronald was raped in jail created the method he would use on his victims.
