Rose got furious. Ginny then asked Rose if she knew about her affair with Jess. Rose seemed to know everything as Jess had told her everything. The following day we see Rose in the pig kraal with Ty talking about the upcoming court case. She then sees Jess and Rose together and she got hurt. Few days later, Jess, Ginny, Ty, and Rose went to court for the case that was opened against them. While in court, Larry accused Ginny and Rose for killing Caroline, which was not the case. Larry then moved from the witness stand and went outside. Caroline followed her father to tell him that she was still alive. Ginny and Rose won the court case. We see Ginny leaving the house and telling Ty that he can have it all. Ginny found herself a house in Minnesota. She learns months later her father had died a mere five days after the trial. Ginny spent almost six months without writing to her sister, all the letters she got from Rose she threw them away. Few days later we see Ginny working in a restaurant. As she was busy serving the customers, she came across Ty who was one of her customer. Ty gave Ginny a letter from Rose’s daughters. Ginny served Ty his food. Ty told Ginny that he’s going to Texas to look for a job. Ty told Ginny that Rose moved into her father’s house and he had signed everything back to her. Ginny received a call while in the restaurant from one of Rose’s daughters telling her that their mother had been admitted in a hospital. Ginny drove back to the farm so that she can go see Rose in the hospital. When she got in the hospital, the doctor explained to her that Rose’s breast cancer had returned. Rose asked Ginny if she could take the kids back with her and Ginny agreed. Rose further told Ginny what kind of food she should cook for her children.
