Transition: Since more and more jobs are requiring college degrees, going to college may be something to consider since it will ensure a sufficient income. B. The demand for employees with a college degree is increasing while jobs fit for a high school graduate is decreasing. 1. In 2007, jobs that require a high school diploma or less decreased by 5.6 million spots. 2. Jobs that require at least an associate’s degree decreased by 1.75 million spots. 3.
