"The Death of the Seven Dwarfs" translated by D.L. Ashliman, and "Gold Tree and Silver Tree" by Joseph Jacobs share some common similarities, varieties of great differences in the event, the setting, how the characters behave, and how the story play. In both "The Death of the Seven Dwarfs" and "Gold Tree and Silver Tree," The Evil queen wanted to kill Snow White. However, the story is a little bit different. First of all, in “The Death of the Seven Dwarfs”, after Snow White didn’t let Evil Queen to stay with her and the seven dwarfs, the Evil Queen thinks that Snow White is a slut. When the Prince saw Snow White lying on the ground, he put her in his closet. While Snow White is unconscious, the Prince Charming had another wife. One day, his wife was curious to know what was in the Prince’s closet. She found a beautiful, lifeless girl lying down, so she kissed Snow White, and the curse is broken. After that, Prince Charming’s second wife, and Snow White tricked the Evil Queen into drinking her own poison water. Therefore, in both story, the Evil Queen failed to get her
