Would you say good conquers evil, or does evil conquer good? In Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare, the Capulets and Montagues are feuding. Romeo and Juliet fall in love and get married, but since their families are fighting they can’t be together. So Juliet and Romeo kill themselves so they could be together in heaven. The question is does good conquer evil? One perspective is that good conquers evil because Romeo and Juliet ended up together. Another perspective is that evil conquers good because Romeo and Juliet both died. While arguments can be made that evil triumphs over good, it is more conceivable that good vanquishes evil.
