There are many conspiracies surrounding the Great Seal like its association with the Illuminati and the “ New world order” which both have something to do with the reverse side. Is it actually true that this sign of our history is associated with this organization. There is much evidence but the seal was made a long time ago which means that it couldn't possibly have any connections to the Illuminati. To make sure i'll cover the history of the seal, its symbolism, and the conspiracies. The Great Seal also is a sign of patriotism it's seen as a symbol of the United States, either bad or good.

This committees chairman was James Lovell and his two partners were John Morin Scott and William Churchill Houston. They Hired Francis Hopkinson to help them on the design, Hopkinson was also the one who created the flag of the United States, and who also signed the Declaration of Independence. Hopkinson’s Ideas also turned out getting rejected by Congress but there are many symbols in his artwork that made it to the final seal. The obverse side has a lot of symbolism in it. Let’s start off with the obvious and say that the eagle is a symbol of the national bird. The olive branch and the arrows its holding represent peace and war, another important thing is that its holding 13 arrows and the olive branch has 13 leaves and 13 olives on it. The number 13 will be a reoccurring number in the seal since it represents the 13 colonies. The stars above the eagle also represent the original 13 states and them forming a constellation means that the United States is taking its place among other countries. Fun fact about the bald eagle being the national bird, Benjamin Franklin did not want the bald eagle to be our national bird, he wanted it to be a turkey because he thought it represented the United States better than the bald
