Breaking news the killing of the city’s fire captain ends up in a lengthy manhunt. The suspect captured later that evening and eye witness reports say the murder committed by a well-known firemen in the community “Guy Montag”. Who would of thought Montag being the prime suspect in a homicide in a world which murder is unlikely. Twisted dystopian novels like “Fahrenheit 451” hardly recognized although aesthetically Ray Bradbury tells this story. In this sci-fi utopian world a man called Guy Montag gets the influence to question authority and take a closer look at this technology ran world. Work hard, no, play hard, yes being able to think tops everything humans need, but the government thinks the otherwise. What events lead Montag further away from the use of technology? Now a days people are becoming like robots with the use of technology, nothing is sincere just merely an emoji. In all honesty I would prefer to hold a face to face conversation to look into your eyes to see if you truly mean what you say. With that being said in “Fahrenheit 451” the communication between guy and Mildred only took place if Mildred was not watching T.V or listening to music and the little communication they did have ended in an argument. As stated in the book, “Mildred driving a hundred miles an hour across town, he shouting at her and she shouting back and both was trying to hear what was said”(pg43).” Relationships are harder now because arguments are done through text, and venting to your other becomes a status update.” Montag and Mildred have no foundation of love or communication which leads to this dysfunctional marriage reason for divorce
