All teachers should undoubtedly be equipt with handguns.

Teachers should have handguns on themselves at work as a fundamental necessity. If teachers were equipt with such firearms the amount of danger such as intruders and school shootings would decline and it would without a doubt save the lives of your children.

When I was in high school some delusional man barged into the school with a machete. The teachers couldn't do anything to help us students besides locking the doors and going into lockdown, locking the doors only delays the inevitable because he could have just broken one of the windows and have gotten inside the room and hurt one of us. Astonishingly teachers aren't equipt with any form of firearm, not only to protect themselves, so they can protect your children if need be. Therefore I find that all teachers should carry handguns. Teachers owning handguns will lower the amount of school-related attacks statistically by 75% because no offender would take the risk of being shot.

Moreover, The Head of Police Captain Ian Watson stated that "if teachers had some form of long-range weapon on their person it would make schools around the world a much safer place" if its safety you want for your children, then arming teachers is a gigantic step in the right direction. How could you possibly risk your child's life?

Astonishingly, and maybe more so disappointingly some people and parents may tell you that it is dangerous to have a weapon in a room with children, but the actual chance of a student getting their hands on such device is slim to none, children are more likely to get poisoned just by household chemicals than being harmed by finding a weapon like a gun, which has a safety mechanism mind due. Therefore without a shred of a doubt, I find that teachers should always have a firearm on
