Introduction
Rwanda is a landlocked country situated in the Great lakes of Central Africa covering a roughly 25000km of land and 1400 square km of water (Mbembé and Rendall, 2000). It has a population of estimated 9million people as per the 2006 country census. Its current population growth rate is estimated at a 3-3.5% per year. Being a third world country, it is faced with a number of challenges which includes: high poverty level, high level of illiteracy, health issues, and economic, social and political challenges (Goodfellow and Smith, 2013). This is because Rwanda economy depends on the primary level of production.

Arising mental health issues due to the horror genocide are frequent because they lack the capacity to mitigate such risks.HIV/AIDS and malaria remains to be a national disaster that greatly affects the economy through loss of labor and a desperate society with no one to take care of the other due to incapacitation. Malaria is resulting to mortality for children under the age of five years this accounts to 35% of malaria related deaths (Binagwaho and Kyamanywa, 2013). . Agriculture mechanization should be implemented to improve large scale production. Introduction of drought resistance crops and improved vetinery and extension services will boost the Economy. Adequate political and economic governance can be improved through proper tax collection systems and ensuring peace and stability which will attract investors. Rural economic transformation and human resource development can enhance productivity in the rural areas. Poverty reduction and regional economic integration can greatly facilitate the improved developments of the Rwandan economy through proper health services, empowerment through education and access to the national
