In an ideal world, when a person contracts a sickness they would be able to travel to a health clinic and receive care. HealthyPeople.gov is pushing for this ideal world through their Healthy People 2020 campaign, by pursuing the idea of a comprehensive and quality health care system that every American is able to access (HealthyPeople.gov, 2015). Unfortunately, and realistically, not everyone that contracts an illness is able to travel to health centers or afford the care that they need. The primary structural concern is the need for a new stratagem, which would be guided by a consortium of appropriate individuals without fear of third party interference (Giror and Wilensky, 2015). Although this concern may appear to be simple, creating a realistic vision for the VHA means creating a stratagem for approximately three hundred thousand employees (Giror and Wilensky, 2015). Secondly, the new consortium would have to face the hurdle of restructuring the infrastructure of the entire organization to empower leadership positions (Giror and Wilensky, 2015). Restructure of the Veteran Health Administration’s infrastructure could possibly solve their third problem of the onerous administrative problems that are interfering with patient care professional’s work (Giror and Wilensky, 2015). Finally, the VHA faces a two fold dilemma of the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) electronic health records (EHR) not be updated for a decade and over a hundred variations of VistA being in use (Giror and Wilensky,
