Hip-Hop Artist Logic's Argument Against Racism In Pop Culture

Being in-between can be very difficult especially when it comes to race. A well known Hip-hop artist Logic breaks it down best we all cry, we all bleed, we’re all humans so why can't we be treated equally Logics mother is Caucasian and his father is African American. This is significant because Logic was born biracial therefore he faced injustice from both races. As a result, this made being biracial very difficult, reason being because he is not accepted by the black or the white. Logic is all about peace, love and positivity his message in his music is to stop racism so we can all be treated equal. Logic believes in equality and he's destined to make a change for the better by influencing his fans and giving them knowledge as to what goes on and the struggles he faced being biracial.
Racism in pop culture has expanded with rappers including actual real world problems such as racism. Many believe that caucasians have white privilege and how they seem dominant as opposed to colored people. But logic on the other hand did not get those “benefits” him being in the music industry is not so beneficial because being light skinned he did not have much support he was just kind of “in-between” because music is more predominantly african american
